The ordering concept is much like a Panera Bread in the US, which is to say that you put in your order at the counter and then get a beeper/buzzer that will go off when your order is ready to pick up. I don't know for certain if it was just my reaction or if that is indicative of health standards, but either way, I don't know that I'd seek it out again if I was in the area, based on that experience.
