Greeted with the most friendly staff I have ever experienced. They explained the layout and amenities perfectly. Follow the trail to the springs. Warm water hits your toes as the surroundings encapsulate you making you feel as though you are in an another world. The cave is amazing, swim through and continue on under a bridge to an even warmer spring. Pick your temperature. The waiters will greet you spa side and you can order the most delicious cocktails. This place BLEW me away. The springs were so relaxing after a 15 hour flight. The tasting plate for one was more than enough for two. And our masseuses ... lets just say I don't know why they're being paid, but it's probably not enough because they gave us some of the best massages we've had in a long time. Perfect way to start off our NZ vacay!
