They spent 2 days moving my stuff, breaking and damaging things, bagging stuff in trashbags, and they charged me 11,159 dollars. Their response? Respond to my review blaming me and my family for not being move ready, and having to move in 3.5 hours. They then spent two days damaging stuff, harrassing me and my family, and saying bad things about us to the people that moved into our house. They also talked about us in the letter, detailing everything about our personal lives, embellishing where they thought it necessary, blatently lying in other places. It is right here in their response. They are blaming us for the problem, lying about moving in 3.5 hours instead of 2 days, and they left whatever they decided on leaving to be thrown away. Do you want a moving company that will put personal details about their customers on the internet? Choose college hunks.

The lousy job on the tile wasn't the only thing that was wrong. I had gotten my kitchen walls textured and painted a month before he did my floor. He managed to screw that up as well, by scratching off the paint in places, and getting thin set and grout on other places.
