Very disappointed in my experience here. I've been wanting to check out this boutique for some time…read morenow and finally got the chance. I went in a few weeks back to do some Christmas shopping. I walked in and there was already another customer in there who was at the counter talking to an employee. I started to browse and noticed I was not greeted at all by anyone. I let that go because maybe they were truly busy with something. Kept browsing around until said customer and employee were wrapping up their conversation and walking towards the door. Customer leaves and I assumed that was when the employee would greet me or apologize or something! No, she walked right by me, went back to the counter to start gossiping to an employee about the customer she was just helping! My jaw dropped and I got out of there immediately. I was truly ready to splurge there but that left the worst taste in my mouth. I'm not sure if I didn't fit their standards or what but it was by far the worst customer service I've experienced from a small business. I noticed another comment said pretty much the same thing I went through which says something. Do better Pink Chandelier because you had so many cute things there but with that experience and that kind of mindset, I wouldn't recommend y'all to anyone.

A lot of local schools mascot, as well as, a variety of prints. She has a t-shirt bar one day a week where you go in and pick a screen and a shirt and she'll press right there on the spot for you! Reasonably priced too! She also has a variety of novelty gifts from lollipops, mini cheesecake bites and little baggies filled with candy for Valentine's Day. Other vendors include clothing, candies, specialty cards and beautiful artwork done by a local artist. There is no tacky junk and the prices are often better for good quality merchandise. A while back I needed a formal dress for an event and knew I would probably only wear it once. Every bedroom, bathroom, and closet is transformed into a display of clothes, toys, and all the sweet-babe-paraphernalia you'd ever need! Prepare to feel a tad overwhelmed, especially if there are more than a few patrons in there with you. There isn't much space for browsing, but you're going to need to browse because there's a lot to take in. Lack of space isn't so much a complaint, however; I think the close quarters adds to the overall aura of Zoe & Jack. I think you're supposed to be breathing in baby gear! Be warned - nothing in here is cheap. I know it's a boutique and so things are gonna be costly, but I don't know how anyone justifies spending $80-$100 on a dress for a 6 month old. It's like one foot of fabric and your little darling will grow out of it in no time! I don't doubt the quality of these products however. There were so many gorgeous pieces that seemed more like a work of art than a onesie... And there were a lot of items on sale, too, so don't think everything is astronomically priced.
