Whether I go inside or drive thru the wait is always extremely long, today as I had to wait 40+ minutes to do a simple deposit and even once I was there being attended they still took a very long time! Customer is also lagging responding to me as if I did something wrong, i understand we all have some bad days but everyone around you is not at fault. First, my phone numbers were wrong and I had to visit a center to get that corrected. After that, I followed the steps to set up online banking, which meant waiting for micro-deposits. Those deposits happened on 8.28.2025. I tried to complete the online banking registration today, 8.29.2025 and could not. I kept getting error messages. I called their customer service number and was told that the loan department is closed and would be open tomorrow, Saturday, from 9-1. I explained to the gentleman that I will be on the Gulf of Mexico (yes Gulf of Mexico) on a fishing trip and would not be available before they closed. He said he would have someone call me on Tuesday. I explained to him that I teach school and may not be available to answer. I also explained to him that they seem to close very early during the week, and I can't seem to get any assistance. Of course, he did what call takers usually do, apologize without offering any real help. All I want to do is set up online banking to submit my monthly payments. I my proficiency was like Rally's and I missed any payments, they would be all over my six in half a heartbeat, yet they can't seem to be available or willing to let me access online banking to make my payments. Therefore, I highly recommend that you AVOID Rally Credit Union like COVID-19 combined with AIDS, with a sprinkle of plague on top. I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER do business with Rally again in my lifetime and I will make it my personal mission to warn others of their ineptitude.
