Be VERY careful dealing with these people. They base their charges on the size of your property. NOT the area actually mowed. My sister lives strictly off Social Security. Was charged for a 2 acre lot. The actual area mowed is approximately 200 square feet ! Yes ! one strip, approx. 20 feet wide and 100 feet long. They don't even cut behind her trailer. Just the one strip in the front. Yes I can provide pictures upon request. Also they will only accept payment by giving them access to your checking account for electronic payment Very Bad. If you can afford $80.oo for less than 10 minutes actual work and one tiny strip of grass. They might be for You. But if your on a low fixed income and can't afford $480.oo an hour lawn care. You might want to shop somewhere else. read more

My husband fell and broke his neck in two places and we needed someone to take care of the outside yard work for us. They came right away and took care of it all for us and did an excellent job. Ryan came out to our home, measured the area for sod and quoted a price. The price included insulation at a very reasonable price. The sod arrived at time slot selected and the entire area was completed in one day. The crew were very professional, friendly and well mannered. Well where to start. I've been with this company for a long time and recently quit using them because of their outlandish new prices. Happy to say found another place for the same old price. In a two year period I have had many problems and mistakes. The first was only their 4th time mowing and i had just bought a new truck and they kick rocks up all over one side of it and then they tried to deny they did it even though I had pictures. which prompted me to install cameras for the future. 6 months later I come home after they mowed and they somehow forgot to mow the the front of the property and left a big strip. They did however come back the next day to finish but WTH. They went through a crew change in the summer which was ok at first but they didnt weed eat correctly around my steel building and kept hitting the building with the weed eater and I had to repeatedly go out to tell them to stop because they were chipping the paint off. From that day forward I had to watch them and move my vehicles off while they mowed. On many occasions they would not even pick up the hose to mow and would drive over it even though is was neatly coiled. Every time I complained it fell on deaf ears so I just would move it myself before they mowed. That worked for a while then about 3 months later they mowed over one of the pipes on my septic and instead of calling me to let me know they left it broken off while I was out of town that weekend. when I came home they left a strip of grass around the pipes that they had never done before and when i went to look at it that is how I found out about the pipe was open. when I called and told them they said they would have the guy that hit it come and fix it, well i waited for over a week and still nobody so i fixed it myself so that i would not have a septic problem. then i was told it was Like that before they mowed, but they soon changed that story when I showed them the camera footage of what happen. Thats not it folks there's more i should have moved on from them by now but just hadn't had the time with all my family health issues. Just this past September one of them mowed over my septic lid... yes the big green 18in lid that stickup out of the ground, at least the guy who did it had the professionalism to ring the doorbell to tell me he had done it and was the only one who ever had any service skills from this place kudos to him. He came out 3 days later and replaced it. They also cant seam to keep a schedule when I ask for a Thursday mowing every two weeks they would either show up early on Wednesdays while i was on my weekly phone conference or days later. the last straw was when they went up almost 3 times the price. Instead of just going up in small increments they want to price gouge you all at once when I check several others in town they were only about $10-$20 more of the old price but 3 times the price is just ridiculous. I'm sure they will have something to say but I got all the video footage of this so they cant deny it. I only hope this experience serves for others who will move on from this terrible company read more
