I had the pleasure to meet Alyssa Glasgow ( CPAP/BIPAP Technician) today ( 1/15/26) in my home. Ms. Glasgow arrived on time and immediately laid out the equipment and materials in an orderly manner. Although she was aware that I had used the RESMED machine before, she still explained everything as if I was a brand new customer. The instruction page provided by the company and manufacturer was very detailed but she annotated on it and explained everything. I was really impressed before I was ready to use the machine before bed when I saw the instructions with date reminder added. She was very warm, friendly, considerate and made me feel very comfortable. It is obvious to me that Alyssa Glasgow knows her product very well and enjoys helping her patients remain in compliance. I visited the Pasadena office to get new CPAP machine and had an appointment with Alyssa. Everything started on time and she took the extra time to go make sure I knew everything about the new model I was given. She was pleasant to deal with and I did not feel rushed. She gave me her business card if I had any future questions and other contacts for supplies. I have used Texas Medical for a very long time and it was a pleasure dealing with Alyssa. read more

Allyssa is an amazingly patient, client centered worker who has helped me more in one hour visit than all other technicians in the past 8 years of dealing with apnea. She communicates clearly, and I was relieved to find someone to help -- no one in Austin has been able to problem solve so I am glad to find her and her company in Houston -- worth the drive! She and her team beam empathy and seem very caring and high degree of empathy and tremendous knowledge of my former and current devices. Finally after years of trying, I am getting the masks and machine to work for me thanks to her. read more
