Preparing to move to Lubbock, I needed a good Renter's Insurance policy with a local agent. Called…read moreone agency and had to leave a message, which did not set well with me. When nobody called back in a reasonable amount of time, I called Jason's agency. His staff was responsive and friendly. His office manager put together a quote for me, and included two discounts I didn't even know I qualified for. A Renter's policy is small potatoes, but I will certainly send friends & family Jason's way for home, auto, and business insurance needs.

After 30+ years with State Farm, Russ Glaze's office is the worst experience I've had. I carry six…read morepolicies with him and receive virtually no service. Here's what you can expect: Nothing gets done right the first time. Rate increases are implemented without explanation. Staff turnover causes constant chaos. Most importantly: When you file a claim, expect little to no help. Over the years we've had a few no-fault hail and collision claims. Rather than advocate for us, his office provided virtually no support. We handled everything ourselves through State Farm's main channels. He also made a critical error handling my wife's professional liability insurance. We were told it was correct until we requested proof of coverage and discovered it wasn't. This mistake put her employment at risk. He functions as a mouthpiece for rate increases, not a customer advocate. I carry six policies and hear from Russ almost never. Do not use this agent. Switch immediately. You will be disappointed.
