First off he told me they were a Houston Law Firm. They have a vey small office in downtown Houston where it took me 20 minutes to get into because the Lubbock office answers the callbox. As I sat outside trying to get in the guy sleeping in the lobby's chair looked comfy. The lawyer I was told about that would be handling my case was rushed rushed to the hospital by the next day and I was given another lawyer this time in Lubbock. Well she was very rude and would not communicate with me so I was assigned someone else. He was a nice guy but I had to push the case along myself he was not aggressive at all. Anyway the biggest problems are the billing issues. I had to call Charles Moster 2 different times about billing issues sent to me with no details. I call the office to ask what the bills are for an d nobody can tell me. One my case was over I got a letter from my attorney stating my case is over and I owed nothing else. Guess what? They are sending me bills with no details again and saying I owe more money for my case.
