I took the American Heart Association First Aid-CPR-AED course last night from the instructor, Jennifer Khonsari. Jennifer is a very smart lady who can pass on her knowledge in a way that everyone in the class can understand. Some people are so smart but cannot tell you everything they know or even enough to make sense, but Jennifer could relate to everyone in the whole class. She came to each table and put "hands on" when needed. When I am up for renewal, I hope that I can come to another of her classes. She is an excellent teacher/trainer. I just moved to Dallas from Florida and had to find a Training center to align with for my Instructor's licenses. I met with the first 2 local training centers- these each had an agenda of actually trying to sell me some of their used CPR/AED equipment and also charge me rather hefty "alignment" fees. Attended Jennifer's class yesterday she is such a great instructed. She is detailed and straight to the point. Scheduling an appointment was easy and fees are reasonable. Fees are cheaper if you take course before your CPR is expired. I would recommend this class to everyone wanted to take a CPR course. read more
