Buyer beware!!!!! These guys are crooks. Of all my years buying cars I've never experienced anything close to this. Pushy, rude and disrespectful. I was already hesitant on coming to this dealer based on their reviews but I found a car there that was flawless and I had to walk away. It didn't feel right buying from them. They tack on unwanted warranties that they "can't remove ". They were ready to take me to financing before we finished going over the numbers. Who does that?! Overall customer service was a turn-off. The Internet manager Crystal had an attitude from the get go. She told me, "you're going to let your wife decide what you drive?" I'm pretty sure that's how a partnership works, in most cases. Guess she doesn't need my business since she sells 20 cars a month... Mo the manager was your typical car sales manager. Just awful liars. I told them several times I wanted to pick up the truck up on Sat they called me over a week later out of the blue asking when I was going to pick it up! Terrible experience.... After making an appointment to view two cars and driving an hour to get there my wife and I were told first that the salesman we had the appointment with had left and asked another to handle us. She had no knowledge of what we were there for. We explained and were told that one car that was advertised on their website didn't exist. The other had been taken by their boss for lunch. We asked to see another and was told it would take an hour and a half to bring the Corvette from their storage lot. Will never do business with them again. TESTIMONIAL I bought a car here yesterday. Daniel was the best person to deal with! Honestly, if it weren't for him, we would have left and looked somewhere else since I wasn't impressed with the other people who dealt with us. Since the car we were looking for had sold the previous week, he redirected us to alternative cars that met our criteria and our financial allowance. He's the only person that really kept us engaged. Once we started talking numbers, the general manager and finance manager took over, and they completely derailed us from buying the car. They have these weird sales techniques that insulted us, as people who can easily recognize those techniques and can do simple math. We were there for about 6 hours, most of the time trying to figure the numbers and arguing with these people who were not transparent at all about what the banks were actually saying and where the monthly payments were going to. They made us commit to certain monthly payments that were way over monthly interest charges. When we finally saw one of the contracts, the finance manager lied to our face and said the bank would only commit to this loan term if we bought the warranty, which was total bologna. Well, we talked it over privately and we were at the point of walking out the door, and the finance manager gave in and removed the warranty. This back and forth about forcing us to buy the warranty was really dirty and a waste of time. Not to mention the general manager (we don't know his name, he was a short chubby man), who insulted our intelligence and financial status saying we were buying a mercedes benz and the payments were upwards of $500/month for a $30k car (we previously owned a BMW and payed $300/month - A BMW is a luxury car, just as a Mercedes is). We were so insulted, we almost walked out the door. But like I said, it was Daniel and his superior sales skills that kept us there, and we bought the car, and only the car, for $385/month and NOT $500/MONTH; not the warranty that the other managers tried to sell us underhandedly. Thank you so much Daniel, we now have the car that we always dreamed of having! So long story short, let Daniel help you, and don't let the managers bully you into buying things (OTHER THAN THE ACTUAL CAR) to save time. read more

By far the worst car dealership experience I've had... and thats saying something. They agreed to buy my car for a set price and then avoided answering emails and questions, but Steve Harris confirmed the price. After I drove nearly an hour out to them to drop off the car (after calling and reconfirming the price before I left), they called to say that they were actually changing the agreement and refused to answer questions or to honor the original agreement. I was selling the car last minute to prepare for an emergency cross-country move and I felt very strongly that they were trying to exploit that situation by manipulating and lying to me. The manager I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, dismissive and combative. Needless to say I would NOT recommend them, especially if you are female. I was super happy before my arrival. I was working with a lady named Crystal and she seemed to be very professional and respectful over the phone. Then upon arrival was a bit less than. After text driving the few vehicles that I had shown interest in and letting her know I was unpleased, she then became VERY rude and disrespectful. Flew in to buy a 2012 inferno orange corvette only to find out The salesman had not looked the car fully over as I had asked him too. I asked if the car had any scratches, dings, dents or damage. He said no the car was in great shape. When I arrived at TEXAS AUTO NORTH i asked to inspect the cars underside so they lifted the car and I discovered that there was body damage under the passenger side door and a big scratch on the lower passenger fender. I've had a terrible experience with this dealer. I am located in Louisiana, and for over a period of almost two weeks had been exchanging emails with one of the salesman regarding a vehicle I was interested in. I told him where I was located, what I had for trade and the amount of down payment. Everything was agreed upon, and we liked the car when we drove 3.5 hours one way to our appointment. Upon agreeing to the deal, we were told that we were not able to drive away with our vehicle until the financing was funded. We were very disappointed that this fact was not shared with us prior to our trip, nor did we receive any other option than to wait a week and then come back for our vehicle. I'm not new to the car buying experience, and I have never heard of something like this happening. We thanked everyone for their time, and left. I cannot understand how someone can drive 3.5 hours one way and decide it is ok not to come home with their vehicle. No one stopped us and asked us to reconsider, or apologized for our 7-8 hours of wasted time and driving costs. We even brought the salesmen food from Louisiana! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scam auto dealer!!!!!!! FRUAD, DECEPTION and DANGER attempting to deal with this company. Frank and Miguel have their deceptive trade practices well perfected. Seconds after they secure your money, everything quickly changes. I purchased a 2015 Challenger through the internet and had the car delivered. The car shows up having gone through something traumatic. There is wavy body putty work all over with a very poor quickie paint job to make the car look good at camera distance. There is collision damage underneath the front end with the radiator and cooling fan pushed into the engine. There's a bad tire, an obviously replaced window and so much more, all of which cannot be seen from their many pictures. The cost to repair is over 13K. Car fax showed nothing. Lair, lair! Purchased a SSR from Tony in January. It needed some repairs so we didn't take delivery immediately. While it was being repaired they removed our floor mats. Tony said they were stained so they threw them away. This was done after we purchased the vehicle so the floor mats belong to me! What right did they have to throw away my floor mats? We were also promised two key fobs when we purchased it. They key fobs didn't get delivered with the truck. Tony promised to mail them with our floor mats. He's had told us about 6 times the fobs and mats are "in the mail". He claimed once they were returned "undeliverable". When asked for the tracking numbers he wouldn't give it to us. Now he claims they back ordered and it'll be another 4-6 weeks. Told us he ordered them from eBay. Funny I can find them all over eBay with grantee 2 day delivery. I brought in my car to sell to them. I also brought in quotes from Texas Direct Auto and Auto Hero. They would not beat EITHER of their offers. I was working with a salesman named Dee. He got the buy manager to come and talk to me. The buy manager said they beat offers, but this was the first time they cannot. I pointed out to them that their commercial was false advertisement. My experience after I purchased a car was not very pleasurable. Within two weeks of purchasing the car the engine was bad and the issue within the engine caused the engine to be replaced at my own expense. I notified the salesman that the engine was bad and needed to be replaced not accusing him of anything. The salesman went into a tirade that I am accusing him of selling me a bad car and how dare I do that. He went on and on and all I did was inform him the engine was bad. Then he started to text me with his false accusations and insults of me saying I am saying he sold me a bad car. I asked to speak with the owners and he said i am not allowed and gave me the number to the service desk. This place is a basic use car lot that buys cars from auctions and other sources like a lot of use car lots. At first they are nice, but after the sale in my experience, they are not very helpful or nice. I understand about use car's, but the accusations the salesman was charging me with and the tone he was using while speaking to me me was unacceptable. Also, after being told by the salesman I cannot speak with the owners sends up red flags as well. Any business that is a quality business would never have an employee tell a customer they cannot speak to the owners or level false accusations against a customer in an abusive manner. Also, the salesman did not even see if his service department could do something to help me with the situation. I will not place the salesman name in this review because I am not that low but just wanted people to know my experience so they can make the best choice for them. The dealer of the car manufacture treated me great and worked with me to fix the car. Just know you are dealing with a used car lot like any other use car lots in town. Now I understand this is risky, but the sales person assured me that the car was in showroom condition. He was wrong. The car had a load of problems. I recently bought a truck from them and flew in from ohio to pick up the truck. they sent a very nice young guy to pick us up from airport and all went well the salesman was getting the truck ready when we showed up. the truck was in great shape just like the online pics. my only problem was that i was leaving to drive back to ohio that day and they did not have all the paper work printed out ahead of time and when they first printed them out they had all the extras added on so the poor guy had to reprint them again so it took to long to get the paper work done but over all love the truck and the deal went very smooth. would recommend them just tell them to have your papers ready if you are in a hurry. read more

I found the vehicle online directly through their website. I dealt with Jesse and he worked continuously with me in getting us approved. He called, texted and emailed any questions he had and things he needed. He did not hesitate helping us at any point. My husband has been a professional licensed auto technician for 20 years. He went to look at the vehicle and went over it with a fine tooth comb. He did find a couple things wrong with it but at the same time they were nothing to worry about. (after all we were purchasing a used vehicle) Jesse had to leave the night we went there but he quickly told us who would be helping us. As as soon as we walked in Roberto came out because he knew to look for us. Roberto did very well with taking my looking over the vehicle. After all if there was something to hide, my husband would have found it. After taking it on a HARD test drive putting it through the ringer.... we purchased the vehicle. Jesse made sure to contact us that night and even the next to see if we had any concerns or questions. STAY AWAY!!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They under-quoted my trade by $4k. After waiting for over 2 hours there I was willing to take $2k less than the value but they wouldn't even go up $1 on their original offer. So I left. The next day they call saying they will work with me but I had to bring the car back. Wouldn't give me a number over the phone as another manager had to look at the car. Obviously I couldn't just drop everything to sit there for another 2 hours for no reason. I requested the trade-in value of my car and said if they couldn't do that, then I don't want to waste my time. They wouldn't take it. So I turned around and sold my car for that full trade-in value to another dealership, a few days later they call again requesting my business. I said I've already sold my car and honestly I don't want to buy a car from them seeing that they were trying to rip me off on my trade. He said that they could do something better but I had to bring the car back so the manager could look at it. Even though I was already there for over 2 hours and one of their managers already looked at my car. Apparently not all managers are properly trained to quote the right price. i've only gone to the service department at TX auto, i got a punch card for a bunch of oil changes and other services for this place on groupon. they're usually pretty slow. plan on at least an hour for an oil change. they've alerted me to other service issues that i might want to check out but never push me to buy anything. they have this god awful pedal car in the kids play area that is as loud as a freight train. i hope to god that there are no kids playing in the waiting area when you go in--or hopefully they'll read this review and get rid of the stupid car! read more

The cars were nice, but the service was ok until we got asked for one thing at a time. It would've been a two-week process if we fell through with it after already waiting for a year to be able to afford one. We were told that if we didn't make a $500 deposit, we wouldn't get the car. No contract was signed or anything like that, however when we come back and ask for our money back, we were told we can't receive it. The only saving grace for this sale was the sales person, Charles Steward (and the vehicle and the price of the vehicle). I highly recommend him if you decide to visit this dealership; if I could rate him separately I would give him a 5 star rating. We have purchased MANY cars over the past twenty three years, this by far has been the most typical "car sales" experience you always hope NOT to experience. During our first visit, when we were leaving it just so happened that we ran into the big boss, he proceeded to try to get us to make a sale that day. Then we had a voicemail message once we got home about the "excellent deal" they had for us, not leaving the amount in the message. When we returned to purchase the vehicle (a couple of days later) they tried to get us to sign our trade in paperwork BEFORE going over the payment terms and interest which were quadruple the interest rate we knew we could get. They had also included an extended warranty without discussing it with us which made the payment about $80.00 more than we said we would pay. It was amazing how when we walked out and were leaving that the interest rate went to the rate we knew it could be and the payments went below the rate we calculated. In addition to the information above, it took us about 8-9 hours to complete this transaction from start to finish (test drives, vehicle tweaks, trade in evaluation, negotiations, paperwork). I normally do everything online before going to the dealership (car trade value and car price negotiation), I highly recommend doing this unless you like spending a ton of your time at a dealership. read more
