Here is a HUGE Fail for a business. Just called this place to get a bid on having a system installed. They advertise on the Internet with a website and a Facebook page without stating any restrictions.. I was abruptly asked how I got their number. When I told them I found them on the Internet I was rudely told "Sorry,,we are only taking customer referrals due to us being so backed up!".. Then they hung up. Looks to me they would want to put this important bit of info on their website. Oh well, looks like there is another service company that is not too worried what word of mouth marketing through social media could do to their business . I am sure I will not be one to recommend this business if they were to find someday they are running out of customers. An entire zone was inoperable. I called TexLawn. They came out on 2 days notice. Supposed to be here at 9. Here at 7:45 with big smile, tools, and helper. Found and fixed a broken wire at valve. Zone working fully. Great experience!! read more
