We see them 2x a year for service and each service is scheduled about 30 days in advance by their friendly office staff. They're always punctual come appointment time which I really appreciate. When they guy is here we only see him for a minute or two before he starts doing his thing. I assume they're doing great work, because whenever there's a power outage the generator starts up without any issue. All in all we're very happy with GenPro. I'd definitely recommend them for generator maintenance in Bucks County.

The company I found was GenPro Power Systems. I called and spoke to Kelly and explained who I was, and what I was wondering, and even though they are also electrical contractors, she took the time to help me, even though she knew I was not calling as a client. That speaks volumes of this company, and while they are not in my area to give them my business I want them to get everybody else's business around them simply for the kindness they showed me today. Thanks again!

Thanks to Robert and Ryan! But I do have 2 issues with the sales. 1. They bill me $675 for handling township electric work permitting, and the township price is $250, a 170% markup. The salesman said it is because they have to hire high-priced inspectors. I told him the $250 township fee includes the inspection. He said I was wrong. The inspector came in today and was paid by the Township. I was right. 2. The sales tried to bill me $500 for a loose house electric meter. I told him that multiple workers in the past had checked and found nothing wrong with the meter itself. Just the screws to the wall were loose. We verbally agreed that the installation crew would re-check during work and would adjust the price accordingly. Robert and Ryan did check and found nothing wrong with the meter and re-attached it back to the wall, but still charged me $400 claiming they were not allowed to adjust more than $100. I would be happy to pay premium for honest job, but $875 out of the $2,468 I paid to Ampd is for nothing. I bought the connector separately. Robert and Ryan did a good job, but the sales process as a whole was less than honest.

I cannot recommend Werkheiser Electric highly enough. After a catastrophic experience with a…read moreprevious contractor that left my home with significant electrical damage and limited power, Phil and his team stepped in and saved the day. Phase 1: The Rescue. Mark and Steve were incredibly professional, working diligently to repair the previous damage and safely restore power to my house. They also installed new recessed lighting and outlets in my basement. Their work ethic and attention to detail gave me immediate peace of mind. Phase 2: The Innovation. I struggled to find any electrician in the Lehigh Valley willing to install a ThermaRay Radiant Ceiling system. While it was a new technology for them, Phil was willing to collaborate with the distributor to ensure everything was scoped and handled correctly. By the time Steve and Zach arrived for the install, they had already studied the guides and videos. They executed the installation and testing of the panels perfectly--without a single hitch. Phase 3: The Rough-ins. They have handled the rough-ins for fans, outlets, and switches with the same level of precision, and I look forward to having them back to finish the project once my ceilings and walls are restored. Phil's communication and timeliness is excellent. This has been a long, stressful process with the insurance company, and I am so grateful for this team's patience and willingness to hang in there with me. If you want a team that is professional, communicative, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile for their customers, call Werkheiser!"
