This office had me come in, get examined, knowing that they were not going to treat me unless I paid all in cash up front even though they have guaranteed payment from my insurance. Instead of dressing me down on the phone, they actually had me come in and get X-rays and devise a treatment plan with the dentist. Then, office staff, several of them, cold, unkind and cruelly came to tell me they would not treat me unless I paid all cash up front. They chose to embarrass and condemn me in a public setting for a bill that was late and then paid in full 7 years ago. It was truly horrifying. I said to the woman, that bill is from 2016 and it's paid. She said, well I'm the new administration now and you will pay cash without us billing your insurance. Just absolutely disgusting. Shame on you.

Sure enough, during a stop in Grand Teton Nat'l Park, he started to experience pain and we had concern about potential infection. We called Teton Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery on a Monday morning. They got us in early Tuesday and the experience was extraordinary. Sign in process was efficient and Dr Stern was awesome. Very capable, very cool and he made us feel clarity and confidence regarding next steps. Fortunately, it was an fairly simple issue and we were out of the office in 30 minutes.
