This charger is in the parking lot of a Tesla service center which means after business hours there is not a bathroom option. There also aren't nearby restaurants or shops to explore while your car charges. That being said the parking lot is home go over 40 Teslas which is pretty cool to view.

I reached out a few electrical companies and no one answered or told me that they would be there in the morning. I called VNG ELECTRIC and explained my situation. I have had Joe do several jobs for me and both were great! First we added a pool heater. He didn't just leave and say good luck your on your own, he meet with the inspector and went over everything. Most guys would have left! Second job was for electric for our Tesla. Joe not only did a great job, but selected a better place to put it that was out of the way and worked both pulled in or backed in. I highly recommend Joe and his crew. And I am sure I will find something in the future for him to work on.

This is not a matter of payment is a matter of a bad service. Its bad business on top to threat a client with a lien for $350 as i will make sure he get a bad review from this and will personally complain to GMC on this. He have been more concerned about receiving his payment and not concerned about not knowing what to do. Liens are not placed in $350 jobs and bad customer service. His payment was sent, thank you for nothing and we hope he don't threat people for money. Definitely not recommend dealing with this guy as he have no idea about customer service or how to solve the issue with chargers fault will only referred you to go to gmc or dealer absolutely not helpful just charging for the labor hour and not resolving anything!!!!
