The transmission went out late Saturday night and my daughter and I were stuck. We called AAA and they sent out Warrens... and I am glad they did! We required towing and storage for a week until the transport company could get my ride home. The manager and Owner worked out a GREAT deal for the extended storage and assisted in getting it loaded up when the transportation company arrived. Stuck in the middle of Wyoming and backed into a corner it was so refreshing not to be taken advantage of. We were treated fairly and with respect by the management and driver. Highly recommend!!!!

He was ready and available to meet me at my destination within 30 minutes, I was the one that had to set the appointment for later in the day, we set the appointment for 3 pm. The most on time tow company I have ever worked with, showed up at 3 on the dot! The car was in a garage with a flat tire, he aired the tire up for me and helped push it out the garage! He made sure to take extra care of the driveway, car and all on both pick up and drop off of the car. The entire drive to the destination you could see him continually checking the car to make sure everything was correct and wouldn't damage the car. There was a 15 mile drive to the destination (30 mins) and the whole process took an hour including the drive. He works fast but incredibly safe!! I couldn't recommend this company more!!!!

The driver called me right away and told me he was on his way up the pass. When he arrived, he was incredibly kind and asked if I was ok. I then sat in the cab while he loaded my car up. We had a really good conversation on our way back to Laramie and he recommended some shops for me to take my car to. He asked if there was anything else he could do to help. Fast forward to the next morning, I called the shop again to see about a tow from my friends apartment to the only shop that would take it. The same driver called me again and let me know he was about 5 minutes away. He took me and my car to the shop. While he was leaving, I tried to give him a tip for all of his hard work not once but twice. He refused and said that I didn't need to do that. He was incredibly honest, kind, and patient with someone who doesn't know a lot about cars. I will recommend this shop to everyone who passes through because of the quality of service I received.

They charged me over $3,600 to tow my truck less than a mile, which is outrageously overpriced. After doing some research, I found that other companies would have charged less than $1,000 for the same service. Also I believe my truck was never towed so there's an ongoing investigation because we believe it actually got driven to their yard and just keep saying we have proof it didn't but they don't prove it so they are definitely bluffing. The computer of the truck will indicate if it got driven or not so it's at the dealership as we speak. When I tried to resolve this issue by speaking to the owner, Thomas Mullan, I was completely ignored. The staff refused to connect me with him or even discuss the matter. It was clear they had no intention of resolving my concerns or explaining why the charge was so exorbitant. This company clearly lacks business ethics and operates without any sense of fairness or customer service. They are taking advantage of people in need and refusing to be accountable for their actions. I strongly recommend avoiding I-80 Towing if you value transparency and reasonable pricing.
