The new performance Y that we got to demo!

Stopped in to Tesla to check on Model Y colors. Phil was at the front of the showroom and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He encouraged us to test drive the performance Model Y, and to use the self driving feature. We ended up ordering our new model the next day with lots of helpful follow up from Phil. The quality of the car, the self driving feature, never having to go to a gas station and low maintenance costs are my reasons for purchasing my second Tesla! Incredible value for the price!

We were interested in test driving a Model Y Juniper and perhaps finally take the leap into an electric vehicle. I had test driven on previous occasions back in like 2019 & 2022. Phil was our agent and he got us familiarized pretty quickly and we were off to get a feel for the vehicle. Overall it felt leaps and bounds over the previous generation and test drives; ride felt smoother, cabin sounded quieter, and it was rainy so it gave us a chance to run the wipers. The multitude of cameras showing us surrounding traffic in the display was neat too! Went back to the dealership to chat with Phil and he answered all our questions. Even as we left to think more on it, Phil continued to text me and even encouraged us to use a 'referral' from a friend or relative for additional perks, which at this time was 3 months FSD. He told us how his Tesla fits into his life, commute, and how it transforms his lifestyle. There was absolutely no pressure that you would get at a traditional car dealership. This was so refreshing! We ended up ordering a Premium RWD as this had the highest range. We thought quicksilver was a stunning color so we upgraded to that. I practically did the entire process via my iPhone, even opting for Tesla insurance as it was more affordable than my Geico. End of the day, we are loving the new vehicle, the technology is amazing, especially enjoying the plug in convenience during this current spike in gas prices. I'm actually still texting w Phil as I am interested in test driving a Cybertruck now, did I mention he is very responsive?! Thanks again Phil and Tesla!!

Good experience [Rocklin CA] We walked inside and asked to test drive one... we were given a Model 3 to test drive. Daughter had been eyeing on a Tesla even before the brand got political. She doesn't care much for politics. The salespeople were friendly and very helpful and explained to her quick details of the financing situation. We were out of there in less than an hour including almost 30 mins of test driving the car. LoL! She almost didn't want to come back. I remember being stuck in a car dealership for half the day with all the back and forth haggling each time we needed to buy a new car. Dreadful. It was a nice experience here at the Tesla dealership and we even took pics with Optimus as others were too LoL! Review #3760

Picked up my cybertruck yesterday. Employee, Van was very helpful in explaining all the features with me. Spent 45 minutes explaining to a tesla newbie. Thank you Van for also checking in on me after hours as I drove back to LA.

I've been here a few times test driving the model Y and S and have always been treated with courtesy. I came here today to checkout the new Cybertruck and possibly test drive the model Y again. I was super impressed with the Cybertruck and look forward to purchasing one in the next couple years when I get my allocation. I passed on the model Y test drive. I believe in what Elon Musk and Tesla are doing to drive us to a more sustainable future.

Anyway, my daughter loves her car so much.

We have a complication and confusion about loan approval (changing of interest rates) that made us disappointed, but we still acknowledged the best efforts that Ray helped us throughout the process. We would suggest all Tesla staff explain customers more clearer without hiding any negative results that they already knew but did not disclose.

Been to Thunder Valley Casino a couple of times now hanging out after a concert. Plenty of parking…read morealthough it can get very full especially when there is an event or concert. There is overflow parking across the street which I had to go park at once. Inside the casino is actually nice but can have big crowds. It is not as smoky inside compared to Sky River (although it has gotten better recently). Cool slot machines and affordable minimum bets at the blackjack tables. Plenty of bars for your preferred libations. There is also a food court for when you get the munchies after a concert or drinks or both LOL I'm sure I will be visiting again.

The solution to this according to the worker there was "We can switch out from time by swapping the wristbands off n on or pay for a cabana that oooo will fit 8 guest" Who would pay for a cabana for $480! No accountability no consequences. Then she proceeds with "she can come down now we can make an exception... " What's the damn point? Too late now. When the girl working the front entrance could have just taken the initiative and called the manager and asked and we could have just avoided all this. Throughout the whole time there the girl just kept looking at my husband and didn't say another word to him. Thanks for ruining my birthday Thundervalley.. We wouldn't have booked a room in the first place.
