The waitress was friendly, though this is definitely a spot for the locals as she didn't speak any English. They played a bunch of pop music, not sure abut you but I tend not to find Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift to be dining music, but what do I know? It's difficult to recommend Re Carlo as you probably came to Italy for more authentic Italian food, and this is more like an American sports bar. Not bad, just not what we wanted.

My lasagna was the smallest portion I've ever had anywhere. On top of that it didn't taste very good. Brother had the bigoli pasta and he was not pleased with it. They will charge you 1.50 per person just to sit down. We wish we had looked up the Google reviews before we had sat down to eat. The 2 6 stars is honestly generous.
