This was the only office who returned my phone call and I called 4 different places. When we went in for a check up, we found out our son was going to have to have some dental treatments and our son was very apprehensive about the whole situation. Dr. Iseman not only put our son's fears at rest, he also did a fantastic, quick job and called that evening to check and make sure our son was doing ok after the procedure. If we had not moved away, I would still be using their services. They are a wonderful office and everyone in the office is very helpful and knowledgeable about their area of expertise. I would give more stars if I could but 5 was the most. If you want a wonderful dentist for your child, call here. They will treat them wonderfully and keep them from being "scared" of the dentist and want to go back even after having treatments performed. When I told them I was going to pay what I was quoted because that's what I was quoted they said ok and I left. Got a bill a month later stating I had to pay. When speaking to Dr. Gillespie about it he said that "plans change from year to year" (like I should know that) and that he "can't expect his girls to run every estimate over again". Which is a very shady business practice. They had every opportunity prior to me having the procedure done to make sure I knew the correct price. Google currently shows a 2.x rating here for doctor, and sub 3.8 on the clinic overall. We confirmed they worked well with neurodiverse kiddos in advance. After their appointment they are given a gold coin which can be used towards an assortment of little vending toy machines. The dental hygenists are also very nice and patient.
