I really appreciate Terry and all of his office staff. I needed to set up an LLC for a new real estate investment. His advice to me was solid. I wanted to ensure that I setup this venture the right way and paid whatever taxes/fees are necessary so that I wouldn't get in hot water with state or federal regulators later. About 10 years ago we used Terry. I was 21 years old, newly married and in a brand new area. My husband was a minister and we had no idea how complicated taxes would be.
