Both providers are really great but I wanna give a shout out to Dr. Sina! He has been my therapist since he was an intern. I cannot thank him enough. I am very impressed with this rehabilitation/ chiropractor/ physical therapy practice; they are very comprehensive with your recovery program and have a lot of great equipment and machines. They upkeep the cleanliness and wipe down before and after each patient. I'd HIGHLY recommend going here for any injury! They take my insurance as well, which is Anthem Blue Cross, so that helps with the cost. Ive been an athlete for most of my life, and now I just train at the gym and do CrossFit on occasion. I was in need for some physical therapy because I injured my groin and lower back doing heavy squats. I cannot say enough great things about this practice. So let me break it down for you... The office itself is really nice! I love the ambiance. It is a nice, cozy, trendy and clean office space. Upon walking in, you are greeted by whomever is at the front desk and there are several chairs for waiting and magazines to look at. Sam, Andrea and Carla are wonderful!!! They are very friendly and make your experience comfortable and pleasant! This place has compression machine for your legs, a physical therapy exercise area with a lot of sports/exercise equipment, office space for adjustments and additional therapies (cupping, needling, massage gun, etc.), and a warm massage bed while you're hooked up to an electrical muscle stimulation machine. Each of my appointments typically follow the same routine and i started going in twice a week for four weeks. Ill do 15 mins on the warm massage bed while hooked up to the electro stimulator, then ill do 15 minutes of compression, then 15 minutes of going through my physical therapy exercises led by Andrea. She is great at walking you through the movements and she switches up the exercises each time. Then ill see Dr. Dillon Balkin for more focused work on my injuries whether it be cupping, massaging, needling, adjustments, etc. Dr. Dillon Balkin is great! He is very professional, extremely personable and friendly, and you can tell he is passionate about his work and is very knowledgeable. I always appreciate his recommendations and they always help me progress with my recovery. My back and groin have healed tremendously and i can now do full squats with heavy weights again. I enjoyed coming here so much that I continued to go here to treat my shoulder injury from 2017 that I have been doubtful about getting treated again. I went to a different physical therapy practice for my shoulder in the past and it only got worse, so i've been hesitant to "waste money" to get it checked out again. To my honest surprise, Dr. Balkin found the issue and as i started to follow the program/exercises he prescribed me, it's actually getting better and im ecstatic! I can't say enough great things about this place. I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone. I am so pleased with how my injuries have healed.

My friend recommended Fyzical Therapy at Rockville so I decided to give it one more try. This place is huge with so many machines & equipment. My first appointment was with Dr. Davis who was very thorough and helpful. She cares very much about her patients' well being and is very passionate about her work. A BIG THANKS to therapist David Siemien who is always pleasant, efficient and compassionate. He patiently showed me every exercises, took the time to walk me through it. Some days, I came in with more pains than usual. David always tried very hard to make me feel better by using the massage gun, the taping on my knee and EMS. If you are looking for a good PT, I highly recommend Fyzical at Rockville. Everyone is super nice & friendly here. The front desk staff, Jennifer, is also amazing. Thank you all!

While primarily being a Physical Therapy place, they do offer gym memberships to use their equipment. I've been a gym member for over a year and like the machines that are available. My biggest disapointment is their inflexible membership approach. You join for 3 months at a time (which is fine) with an automatic renewal policy. If you don't want to renew, you must provide 30 days notice. You can never put your membership on hold if you have an injury with a dr note as all other gyms allow. Unfortunately, if you are injured you must continue to pay or else stop your auto renewal (fee charged) and pay again to start it up. This is a non-client focused policy which seems unusually rigid for a place which is supposed to understand physical injuries. So if you join, understand the rules first.

They love the science behind what it is they do, and use it to heal your body. Dry needling, blading, assisting your body to move incrementally with support, even massage -- they use a wide range of tools from their expansive toolkit based on what your body needs. I especially enjoyed the explanations from Dr. Ho to my endless questions about what he was doing and why it works. His mastery of anatomy, physiology, and PT was evident every time I went. With just a few touches, Ho could pinpoint exactly where my pain was and address it appropriately. 2. The support staff is competent, helpful, and friendly. Ora and Justin were encouraging and provided excellent guidance for my exercises. Scheduling and billing was easy and pleasant. While I am not in need of PT now, I will be a client for life and will hightail it back to Rockville Physical Therapy the next time I do.

I wish I had read some of the comments before I decided to come here as my former rheumatologist has retired. I obviously will be looking elsewhere.

My doctor referred me here after suffering a boutonnières deformity. My initial visit was pretty straight forward. I filled out some paperwork and ended up working with Emily who conducted my initial assessment. She reviewed my injury and laid out a plan to rehabilitate my finger and provided a new brace. The new brace was made of plastic and sturdy. It didn't require taping, this made showering much easier. As I progressed through physical therapy, the exercises progressed in difficulty and varied as I gained more and more mobility in my hand and finger. Emily also provided me with additional exercises I could complete at home to ensure further positive progress. I was a bit sad to "graduate" but I'm highly satisfied with the care I received here. Everyone here is really great and you're in good hands no matter who is taking care of you.
