Came back to what I know & have confidence in. I love the location which is very easy to find & access. They're friendly,knowledgeable,& make you feel like one of the team. I hate shopping around for insurance & getting bottom line quotes that always change by the time all is said and done. Allstate is a great company with their prompt and knowledgeable response to any claim or issue, adjusters are courteous and understanding. No complaints here!

Matt is nice on the phone and makes you think he's getting you great coverage when in fact he is scamming and ripping you off!! Matt overvalued my house by about $75k which significantly raised my deductible. They also depreciated everything that was damaged (roof, gutters, garage door, and cover to ac unit). The total cost of my claim was $21k and they are paying less than half after charging a $7,600 deductible and only paying 67% on everything that's 11 years old because they depreciated everything!! During this whole process Matt never returned my call or answered when I called multiple times. He is a horrible agent! Please don't just take my word for it. Call a local roofer and ask about this company because all the roofers that gave us estimates (3 different companies) said they were horrible and very difficult to work with. If I could give less than 1 star I would!!
