Excellent Lawn Service but Terrible Office Staff…read more The lawn technicians that service my yard are terrific but the office staff is a nightmare. They incorrectly bill me on a regular basis. They bill for a service that is yet to happen, because they are so behind schedule, then bill you again after the service has been provided. I spend more time on the phone with their office staff. It's ridiculous. I hate that I'm going to have to change lawn companies when I'm so pleased with my lawn, but I don't have the time or energy to deal with the lady the tries to handle their billing. They are in dire need a office manager.

Reported it immediately to the owner and the installer then installed 12" all thread on the post bases. It was still very flimsy. Notified the owner Luke immediately. They essentially have refused to stand behind their work. I wound up core drilling the pavers and repairing at my own expense. Buyer beware of the customer service should anybodsues arise.

They do big jobs and small jobs and also have a maintenance service. Their price was good, they got the work done quickly and completed everything as they had promised. They also came back to fix the couple of issues we had. They brought in a tractor to prepare yard for sod and other plants, installed all irrigation, and planted everything. I would definitely recommend them for any landscaping installation job and have been impressed with their yard maintenance program so far as well. I have had no problem with return calls or customer service as the other review here talks about. They seem to have a great office staff also.
