We booked in for a full pest control inside and outside for full coverage. We have a two story home…read morewith five bedrooms. The person I spoke to said this was all fine yet when the person showed up to spray the house he said he was not made aware that we also wanted inside the house he thought it was only inside, after a discussion he agreed to still do both inside and outside. I left The home for him to do it. I could see him on the cameras and he did not spray the outside of the house he only did inside and he was done within 15 minutes which would be impossible to do the entirety of our house inside and outside in that small time period as well after he finish he also continue to hassle me to pay him which I was not going to do the payment until I was able to go back into the house because I left my card details inside the home yet. He continued to text and call me to pay him after I questioned him for not doing the outside. He lied and said he did but as I said I could see on our cameras that he did not I ended up just paying it because of him continuing to harass me. Also when he showed up I was actually expecting for our large house a few staff members of at least 3 to 5 and I expected there would be more equipment involved but he just had one of those basic plastic containers you use to to kill weeds that you get from Bunnings and he said he needed to fill it up in our sink which was fine but I didn't see him with any chemicals. Also when I returned home he had sprayed literally all over the windows and our kitchen cupboards and everything as well. When I had looked on other websites for other companies they had much different protocol. They seemed extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Beware they are Scam artists not delivering, a proper service. $300 down the drain! We know have to go elsewhere to get the service done properly.
