Technicians are great, customer service reps are awful. The actual pest service was great, but scheduling is a joke.

UPDATE: It gets worse and weird. I am thus reducing my three…read morestars to one star. After I told them our issue was resolved, they sent a guy out to pick up the remaining traps and clean up. He spent 5 minutes with a shop vac (contractually, they were supposed to "disinfect and sanitize"). Then, I received a "Grand Total" bill for the final amount, which I paid. I was very glad to be completely done with them. THEN, they sent a tech out to my house without telling me! Apparently he baited some traps he put outdoors. I didn't see him come. He didn't call me, he didn't text me, nor did he knock on my door--he just snuck around my property, apparently. Then, they sent me an invoice for that. Super creepy. I called the 800 number, after a lengthy wait, I talked to an unsympathetic secretary with little knowledge. She said they would call me back, but have not. I also sent an email in response to the bill, but have received no response from that, either. I'm pretty frustrated. They have *major* billing issues. They seem to be mostly focused on extracting as much money as they can, with the least effort. Original Review: Contracting: They completed a digital contract at my door ($2K) after a brief explanation. I paid 75% up front. What they didn't mention is that there are also monthly fees of $79 for showing up and doing the job they promised. *Don't trust what they tell you, but actually read the contract and ask questions.* Don't sign a digital contract, but ask for it on paper, if you decide to use this service. They did do the exclusion work, but we did most of the rest of it ourselves. If we ever have this problem again, I would hire a handyman to do the exclusion work and put out traps ourselves. The service was completely and totally not worth what we paid. Disorganization: They were very disorganized. They made appointments without notice--a guy would call me randomly to say he was on his way, and then they would ignore us for 2 weeks or more. There was one competent tech (Chris) but most often someone new would show up with little background on what had been happening. Ultimately our issue was resolved, but it was far from smooth...and expensive, and like I said, we did most of it ourselves.
