Lorne takes the time to listen to what you need help with and pin point areas of concern that he finds. This winter has been horrible to keep up on outside bait stations but Lorne has dug out one problem area in particular. Keeping the customer service top notch. We have a large home and he has areas memorized and we really appreciate this personalized service. Anyone having long term problems with pests, he is the gentleman for the job! The only part of the year round service I would like as an added option would be to have more than 2 wasp nest removal a year. The crab apple tree attracts swarms of them!
