This solid hotel is located just outside of the very lovely historic center. The furnishing is somewhat old-fashioned, possibly explaining the older clientele that was there at the time.
We stayed in one of the apartments of which the kitchen did not even have cutlery, but -heck- with the nice Italian restaurants nearby, who cares for home cooking?
Bathroom, bed, etcetera, were all fine.
A special compliment for the nice staff serving breakfast and the very relaxed attitude of the staff in general!
There is free parking from 8 to 8 on the square nearby. We did end up with a scratch on the hood of our rental car. It was presumably put there by some idiot that saw us getting something out of the car while my girlfriend had told him not to harass her half an hour before. read more
