We've been to this alley twice since we have moved here and although I like it, there is definitely room for improvement.
The good- bright, well decorated, and (seemingly) very clean.
The not so good- although this is a relatively new alley, there are very few lanes. Also, on our most recent visit our group of 5 was asked to move our lane 3 times within a period of two games. You read that correctly, we were moved that many times to accommodate parties that came in after us. We are not slow bowlers and were also purchasing drinks. We would have bought more games as well as food and more drinks, but once we were told we would have to move yet again for an upcoming party we decided to leave. Maybe I'm been spoiled by customer service in the USA but to annoy paying customers who mid game three times seemed really strange. This could have been avoided if they had just put all the scheduled parties off to one side, the lanes they moved us to seemed arbitrary and unplanned.
We bowl as a group often, so I think we will be traveling further to get a more peaceful experience. read more
