This cafe is on the ground floor. Great spot for some coffee, tea, light pastry before a flight. Lady at the counter was friendly but my Italian wasn't the best. I was asking only for 1 Coffee and she even held up the universal 1 or 2 fingers. I said, "One." However when the Barista rudely placed my coffee on the counter reading my order back quickly I asked him if this was mine. He rudely commented, "That's what I said!" Literally had vinegar in his tone. Lol! I think a little more grace and patience is needed here with their customer service. All kinds of travelers boarding through here at once. The smell of fresh Espresso is wonderful but the lack of customer service is unfortunate. The cinnamon twist was wonderful but no one wanted my 2nd cup of coffee I was trying to give away. I appreciated the mini Riccola cough drop boxes being sold also with everyone around coughing during traveling. read more
