She always makes sure to give me great tips for what I can do to maintain her service and is extremely transparent with the cost of service (and what I should prepare to spend on products should I need to splurge on it). She has never been pushy (like other facialists I have visited before) and she always makes sure that what I do to my skin works for the season/maintenance I'm doing at home (i.e. I wanted to do a peel for the summer but she advised me to wait till the winter season since the sun isn't as harsh & won't affect my healing process). From the moment you walk in everyone is extremely welcoming and warm. The receptionist & owner care about everyone that walks in as if they are doing your service too. They have tea and water which they offer their guests (I've even been offered snacks when they have them), socks to put on so you don't disrupt other guests getting treatments done & a relaxing waiting area (which I have never used since Gloria is ALWAYS on time for me). The price has never been expensive, whenever I go in I always think the service cost is going to be more. Cleanliness is extremely important to me, especially with the times that we currently live in with COVID, and the place is always spotless. Even before COVID they have always taken care of the spa and made sure the place is completely sanitary for their guests. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been given to someone else and that their system was now showing me at 3:00 PM--even though the front desk could see the text they had sent confirming noon. I had arranged and paid for childcare and parking specifically for this appointment, and the only solution offered was for me to come back later. What I find especially frustrating is that clients are charged 50% for late cancellations, yet when the business effectively cancels a confirmed appointment, there is apparently no similar consideration for the client's time or expense. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was extremely disappointing. I ultimately decided to cancel my membership because the level of service and customer care did not match what I would expect at this price point.

The office of Dr Gina Corsaletti failed after 2 attempts to submit a valid prescription for pain…read moremedication I use for pain treatment. I furnished a complete list of my medications on my initial office visit to them. The first attempt to get my prescription failed because the office requested the brand name drug without the allowance for generic alternative. I was already using the generic and did not request any change. I had to contact the office in order for them to reissue the prescription correctly. This delayed the prescription by a week. Next they wrote the prescription and failed to indicate if the use was for acute or chronic pain. State law requires that to be indicated on the prescription. You would think that an office that specialized in pain management would know this. I only found out because my prescription plan contacted me advising that the doctor was not answering requests from them to advise on the use. I was also unable to reach the physician to get them to fix this so that I could receive my medication. This was now a 3 week delay. They also requested a prescription for a second medication for me at the wrong strength, not as indicated on the list I furnished. As well I directed them NOT to request this filled as already received a 90 day fill from my prior physician. The drug plan also advised me that they reached out to the doctor's office questioning the refill and the doctor's office advised them to fill it! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I am not going back to this practice. Luckily I was able to get an appointment with my prior pain management group and within 3 days I received my needed medication through my local pharmacy with no problems. I do not recommend this practice.
