After 9 months of attending regularly I was accused of breaking policy by entering the fitness studio with a bag and done so in a manner implying I was stealing either from the facility or another member. The no bag policy is either non existent or not strictly or selectively enforced. I immediately stopped attending and cancelled my membership before auto renewal. I did try to resolve things with a manager and she was kind. However, I ultimately decided the experience was no longer peaceful as the staff member who accused me was deemed intolerant by her own manager. She is still employed there and I'll assume her behavior will continue regardless of feedback. No need to add images as I cannot write a full review here with complete context.
