We are so thrilled with our pool surround and his placement of the pavers, intricate accent borders and special inlays. His engineering skills are remarkable and his price was extremely reasonable. He showed up everyday on time to finish a rather large project. His team even worked in the rain and snow!! I would recommend his company over and over.

Chris was honest, communicated his progress regularly, and delivered on everything he promised. They even ran into a few snags (our property is on city sewer and we had no idea there was an abandoned septic tank right where we were putting the patio!) and still got everything completed in a reasonable time frame. The crew was also respectful of our house and took care to clean up the job site when they were finished. We trusted them enough to give them a key to the house so they could access the restroom during the day and store their equipment at night. The work they did is beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Chris is passionate about hardscapes and it shows in his work ethic and the end product. I'd highly recommend Trinity Landscapes, and I'm already planning future projects with them!

I am beggging you to use another company instead of AFS. The…read moretwo employees are here now. After eight days without any communication and being told by Robert, the field rep who sold the contract to me that he would get back with me concerning the two employees Shane and Josh who came four days later than the original planned date because they had equipment breakdown. When no one was returning my calls as to when the foam would be put in after the initial dig to place the supports, I called Groundworks National Office and told them that if someone was not here to finish the job yesterday or today that I was going to hire another company due to breach of contract. Well, they came today and after placing the foam, they are caulking the cracks on the porch with silicone caulk which was told to me by Robert that the cement would be placed. Josh has just said that "we are not cement specialit, we are cement lifting specialist." I went out to check the work and he had smeared silicone caulk all along the brown brick instead of closing the crack flush with the porch. It's a mess! I told Josh that the smsared caulk on the brick had to be removed and ask if he was waiting until it dried on purpose because he refused to say that he would remove it. instead, he smurkingly said, "I'll do the best I can". I said that is not what I asked. I asked you if you were going to remove thd caulk you smeared all along the brick wall and he repeated, "I'll do the best I can." I called AFS and left a message of how he was doing the job and what he said. No reply. Please do not spend one dime to have this company fix one small crack. They send inexperienced untrained people who do not know what they are doing. I do not expect perfection but I do expect excellent work for 13,000.00! 8,800.00 up front then the balance BEFORE this job was finished. If they leave it like this it will have to be finished by another company. Additionally, if you look at reviews on Yelp, every reply to a negative review is followed by saying, "We cannot find an acount in your name." When I called two weeks ago about the truck not working and I had to remain at home while they came and did no work for two hours, just looked at theur cellphones and after two hours called me to themselves and Josh said,"We will have to come back sometime next week because the machine isn't working. He told me that before they left Knoxville to drive up. I feel like I have been held hostage for two weeks. Josh said, "and I will call you Monday."Never heard a word from him." When I asked him why he never called me, he said, "I assumed scheduling would call." This is the most unprofessional company to date. Yesterday two men came as scheduled and put up a fence all day. Anothe man came and fixed my garage door opener as scheduled. If I, as a registered nurse did this kind of service, the customer service alone would get me looking for another job. The AFS Company compliments itself by claiming, "We take great pride in caring for your home to provide a safe place" as well as "our DUTY to follow the highest standards in everything we do." You will hear that on a recorder, but in reality, it's a scam. At least a lie at minimum. Please do not waste many weeks of your precious time catering to this pathetic company.

The…read morefollowing day he knocked out the brick, found replacement brick and replaced the bad valve with a (supposedly) new one. He was paid. We ordered gas logs with installation from a local business who tested the valve for leaks after the logs were set. Using two separate pressure instruments he determined there was in a fact a small leak and suggested we not use the fireplace until the leak was corrected. I called Terry and advised him of the findings. He said he tested the connection for leaks and there were none. We never saw him test for leaks only for the gas pipe inside the fireplace. He said he would come out the following evening. He never showed. He never called nor did he text. Extremely shoddy service. I had to call our plumber to come work with the valve and he stated it was not new...as I see it, Terry owes us for the plumbing bill.
