Now my hair was extremely dark so my stylist Becca informed me it would be a process. She thoroughly explained everything we would need to do in order to get it where I wanted and was very attentive to me and patient with all my millions of questions. I was so nervous but she did so well keeping me at ease. I was so surprised after my first session at how much she was able to lighten my hair. And by the third, it was right on point. I have a lot of hair and I know it can be a labor intensive when it comes to coloring but Becca goes above and beyond during the whole session. And my sessions take a whole day to complete. Even when she cuts & styles, she is so attentive to details. Both she and another one of our friends got it done for their wedding and they looked fabulous. I knew I had to book an appointment for my next event! I made a reservation online and it was extremely easy. Studio A is kind of hard to find if you've never been. Definitely look it up online before heading that way with your Google Maps. I got lost! It's nestled in Cahaba Heights across the street from Starbucks and Dairy Queen. You also need to remember to wear dark and loose fitting clothing. It's a small salon but is tidy and cute! There's pictures of Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe everywhere. Everyone I came in contact with there was very nice. When I got my airbrush tan done, you could tell they took their time with extreme precision. They assessed my body and where to spray - whether it be more or less. I think my whole session was about 10-15 minutes. It was dry nearly immediately. They even walked me to the front door, as it was raining earlier on in the day, to make sure my feet and legs wouldn't get wet. The tan was dark, but not over powering. There was orangey/oompa-loompa coloring either. My tan lasted around 10 days. Amazing! Studio A has a new forever client in me! Love, love, love it!
