This church has been a huge blessing in my life and the life of my family. The first Sunday me and my then boyfriend, who is now my husband, were both in tears during the sermon because, although we had been in church for a long time, felt like it was the first time in so long that we had really heard the good news of the gospel. We kept going and Pastor Martin shepherded us along as we dealt with a lot of confusion and hurt. Week after week we heard The gospel and although we no longer live in VA, and are apart of another great church, Pastor Martin is still, in me and my husbands opinion, the best preacher we have ever heard.
