She made sure it worked with my schedule, and left copious notes for the person who would come out. Then I spoke with Howard about the sprouts, and he guided me through the process of solving the issue on my own without them. They relied on 'rope & pulley' method to contain the landing of the heavy top sections that worked perfectly to prevent any adjacent damage. (Other companies wanted to use large, expensive cranes).
