They keep changing the deal around and moving costs from one column to the other. Pay attention to the bait and switch. Also the dealer installed add on's which they say are 'mandatory' are a complete and utter rip off. Nitrogen in the tires $399 ($40 any tire shop). Forever battery $499! Window etching $499 door edge protection $499 and the paint protection $1250 all these numbers are absolutely absurd. At best $600 for everything if you even want it. Just bought a car from Hyundai in Temecula. They are so far ahead of the competition! We had visited other dealers in the area but these were by far the best. Plan to go back later this year to buy another car from them. Update..........However, I did have a tire blow out the next day ( fault in the manufacture of the tire wall) and the service department couldn't help except to say come back on Tuesday and we will replace it ( less the $50 excess they " forgot " to tell us about). As it was Friday at 4-30pm and we had a trip booked for Saturday, our only option was to buy a new tire ourselves at a cost of $165. We were not happy . As far as service needs goes, the service manager Carlos is great to work with and I believe the Techs work hard to ensure safety is addressed and issues are mitigated. However, regarding parts, do your research, I was quoted $122 and change for a Windshield Fluid Motor Pump PN: 98510-2V100. I looked on Amazon and ordered the exact same Hyundai part for under $25. If I had gone through with the service and the part through Temecula Hyundai I would be looking just shy of $250 for the parts and labor charge - assuming labor is $100 per hour. Bottom line: always best to check and see if you can obtain the parts through second hand rather then pay 5x what the part may be worth. read more

Carlos personally handled the repair issues I needed done to my 2016 Sonata plug-in hybrid, it's getting older and little odd things needed to be fixed that could only be done by the dealer (I felt). The repair cost were adding up but with the cost of cars these days I needed to keep my vehicle as long as possible. I would like to write this because we had a great experience getting our new Hyundai Santa Fe. We purchased it on July 30th with the help from Freddie. After we had it for a few weeks we had a little issue with it. Freddie couldn't help us so eventually I sent an email to the GM, BradCannon. He responded immediately and said he wanted to make it right. We met with him and again he said that he wanted to do whatever it takes to make us happy. We were so amazed and impressed by that. Between him and Paul V., the Parts Manager, they made a change and it seemed to help. We saw Brad Cannon again and he had us drive another car similar to ours and told us to let him know what we thought. In the meantime the Service Manager, Steve took my car for a ride just to make sure that everything was good. When we got back we spoke with both Brad and Steve and we told them that we are good and pleased with what they did for us and of course, Brad is the one that made it all happen.
