The same phone and plan was probably $10 cheaper at the competitors but having used Telstra mobile for the past decade and having no service issues - I was willing to pay for this reliability. I was tended to not long after entering the store by smiling staff as opposed to the Vodafone and Optus stores where I was left to browse phones and plans and had to get people's attention for service. So between the better customer service and carrier reputation - this store got my business this time.

I am talking about the yummy desserts dished out by Google on their Android phones every few months.. They have 'sweetly' decided to name their new OS versions based on delicious, finger-licking, drool worthy desserts. And I can honestly say, their phones demand just as much attention. Mid - last year when I was looking for a phone, I walked pass the Telechoice kiosk and stopped and stared at what looked like a smart phone. I didn't know if it was a smartphone, but I had to wait over 15 minutes before one of the staff from Telechoice came over to assist. Looking at the Galaxy S, I was introduced to Google's smartphone Eclair. They did explain that it's a smartphone, using Google's Android technology, made by Samsung and does everything a smartphone can do. But the real joy came when I held the dummy phone (A bit ironic I think) and found it to be incredibly light. I was sold! Telechoice had no stock in hand, a clear sign that the phone was very popular! and I couldn't wait to enter my Galaxy World! They didn't take down my contact details as they said their phones are on a first come - first serve basis and therefore couldn't reserve a phone for me.. Disappointing! When I enquired about contract information, they asked way too many questions and were more interested in declining me the phone than offering one to me.. Not happy at all with their service.. Why is it still A-Ok rated? Because I found out that Telechoice retail Google phones and there are other kiosks I can try my luck at plus they introduced me to my first smartphone.

The shoes are stocked on their shelves in an organised way and it is relatively easy to find a size once you've chosen the model you want. Fitness First members get an additional 20% off already reduced prices. My husband and I were able to get fairly new models of running shoes for $64 each, which is actually cheaper than US prices. The shoes I bought are listed at DSW for US $79.95. The staff are friendly and helpful, one of the sales assistants was very obliging in helping us find the size for the shoes we wanted because we couldn't find one on the shelves. In fact, they come up to you when they see you looking at shoes and let you know that if you can't find your size on the shelf, they'll check if they have it in their stockroom. I know it's their job but I've found the staff at other outlet stores to be unhelpful or grumpy, so for me it's a plus that they have good sales assistants.
