When it finally arrived the food was great. They also have a separate gluten free menu which is a definite plus. It was a cold night and it stayed cold indoors, my feet are cold as I write this. The service was super slow and seemingly disorganized. We had to keep attracting the attention of the staff who seemed to forget to follow up everything. We asked for Shiraz, perhaps a wine list. She came back in a few minutes, 'was that two glasses of Shiraz?'. We said we'd like the wine list. It arrived but then 10 -15 minutes passed and we finally flagged her down. It was 40 minutes after we arrived that we got the wine. We watched it sit on the bar for 5 minutes. Just waiting. Because we waited so long we could enjoy the decor.
