The burger was delicious and I ordered what looked like calamari and the artichokes. And you must try the dessert. The Torrejas YUM! a highly recommended. Then the ponche Segoviano for dessert: it was to die for! Honestly one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. Then there is the atmosphere: sitting outside, dining al fresco, with the ancient Roman aqueduct right next to you and street performers playing music...it was heavenly!

I was pleasantly surprised that it was one of the better vegan burgers I've had while in Spain. Their fries were nice and crispy. The inside has has a decent amount if seating. Very cool ambiance. Play some American music too. The staff speak English and were very friendly to us. Definitely coming back! You'll order your burger from a sheet with tickboxes where you choose the type of protein, the toppings, bun and sides. Or have a bowl. Turn in the sheet at the counter and wait for your burger to be prepared to order. Very simple. I opted for the Galician Beef with "Manchego" and a side of the "Bacoa french fries". Nothing complicated and it turned out great. I even managed a San Miguel while I waited for it to be prepared. Very good burger, though done to a rare rather than medium. I lived to tell the tale and ate the entire thing. Yum! It's not fancy but it's reasonably priced (€6.70 for the burger and €2.50 for the fries). Plenty of seating including tables and a narrow counter area next to the kitchen.

They have lots of covid-safe outdoor seating with heaters and an excellent view to the aqueduct and parking nearby. I will 100% return to this restaurant. Oscar was our server and he made us feel welcome and comfortable. Food: For starters we shared the 'gambas al ajillo' - prawns cooked in a garlic infused olive oil which was very good. I particularly enjoyed dipping the bread in the oil. We shared the mushroom croquettes and salmon/cod croquettes which were good. The highlight was the jumbo beans soup, flavorful and well balanced. We also tried the fried eggs with ham which were good. We ordered the lamb ahead when we made the reservation and it was wonderful. We also tried the suckling pig which was excellent. For dessert we tried the rice pudding which was good, not too sweet and cooked perfectly. Additionally we tried both of the 'flans' which are creamy cheese crème caramels - both good choices. One was served with cookie icecream which was quite unique. Lastly, chocolate coulant cake with a hazelnut filling that was decadent and paired with a tasty milkshake ice cream.

But the flavors are there. We paid 50 euros for four people. This was the price including milkshakes. So it's a pretty good deal. Their fries come in different flavors. I did not care for their salt and vinegar fries. It tasted very similar to their original fries. It was not very distinct in flavor and it's not worth paying the few extra euros for. I highly recommended their Parmesan fries. This is worth the upgrade with a few extra euros. Their milkshakes are presented in a very trendy and retro diner style glass cup. It is topped with a good serving of whipped cream. The cherry on top of the milkshake is the actual cherry on top of the milkshake.
