I am still being charged and asked to pay this money hungry company. I received another email stating that their employees are misinformed and I will still get billed until Sep 22. NONE OF THIS MAKES SENSE. I've been out of country since June 22. Avoid this place. They obviously discriminate against Americans and lie to you upfront saying you can cancel with PCS orders. They do not use orders to cancel. It's been hell trying to get always from them. Go on post, stay away from this place.

Customer service and managers rude and unhelpful. FYI if you plan to stop services make sure they don't turn your services off early, then try and stick you with an outrageous high bill. Because although their services were down, TKS could care less about your phone or internet being accessible it's always the members fault. Worst phone and internet company to deal with being overseas.

Called everyday multiple times because they tell you to wait so long and call back. Zero customer care, no phone, no internet no cable. Nothing. It doesn't even look like they're going to attempt to fix it. I work remotely and am taking online courses so I've lost money and my GPA is going to tank--because the internet is offline on post as well...

I'm not talking about this specific place, although I'm sure the workers are trained to screw over the customers when there is a problem. If you quit them, keep proof of it. A receipt, a letter of confirmation. Anything. Otherwise, they will keep charging you money as if you never quit their service. They won't send a bill, they will just charge you money. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them to cancel, how many times you write them to cancel, which takes more time and can add more fees. They will act as if you have no rights as a consumer and keep charging you money, giving the consumer the run around. Then, to make matters better for them and worse for you, kabel doucheland will send their secret and very quiet embezzlement scheme to a collection agency without you knowing; while you're busy working hard and making a living for your family. Where two or three years later they will convene another mafia tactic by sending a "debt" notification to you for around €200-€300. Total scam, total racket. This tactic isn't exclusive to Kabel Deutschland. German business thrive on dishonest practices against a passive population, who are scared to question or challenge these businesses. I'm thankful we have laws against this in America. Consumer protection isn't fully enacted here in Germany.
