The two staff members were having a conversation at the till when I walked in and immediately stopped and gave me a warm welcome. One of them came over and asked if he could help me with anything and was friendly and happy to boot. Not the kind of service you normally receive from some of the bigger chain stores. MediaMarkt and Saturn, I m looking at you! Great selection of Apple and third party products and fairly reasonably priced too. My recommendation is if you are in need of an Apple product or just some friendly advice then pop in here first.

My experience of Austrian businesses in the past was if you're not a big bucks customer you don't count very much and you're not treated very kindly as a result. The opposite was true here. Also I received one of those little "getting the SIM card out of the iPhone" tools as a gift from the guy. Much appreciated! Store didn't seem super busy, it was a mid to late Friday afternoon. Definitely recommend. Thank you.
