Upon calling the office the RN advised me to decrease my dose. There was no relief with the dosage decrease so after consultation with the prescribing RN I chose to discontinue the troches. My treatment agreement/contract that Alex Blome RN and I signed stated that I would receive a refund for the unused portion of my contract. I could expect my refund in a couple of months according to Alex. In September my refund hadn't come through so I placed 4 calls to Alex. She returned my call after a week and said she would check with corporate. By November I had not received any updates regarding the status of my refund. Again 3 calls and voicemails were left with no response. I called again in December and a Shane Dodgen answered the phone and identified himself as the owner. After a conversation regarding the issue of my refund he assured me that he would see to it that my refund would be processed within 10 business days. He gave me his phone number and asked me to call him if I had any questions or if my refund did not come. I have placed 5 calls to Shane since December 22nd to now and all calls go straight to voicemail and no calls returned. I have sent a message to the corporate website. No response. I have called the "corporate office" and left a voicemail with no response. I have emailed a letter to the corporate office. No response. Before signing any treatment agreement / contract with Restorative Health be aware that this company has not respected their agreement with me. Chances are this is their modus operandi.
