The online services of Tekzen are the worst, Period! Ordered for some items and their assembly online. One item was delivered within 2 days. The other item was delayed by 3 weeks and finally delivered in a damaged state. The installation ordered told me that they would come when both items had been delivered. Now after three weeks, I have cancelled and requested for a refund which will take another 2-3 weeks. My advice: Stay away from their online service read more
