They have anything from rose flavoured jelly to exotic preserves like pumpkin or guava with lots of meat in the preserves. They also had a wide selection of yogurts and fresh juices, and even had unique potato crisps in spice flavours that doesn't exist in the US. It was truly one of the biggest perks during every visit to Migros.
However, my ultimate favourite guilty pleasure was the bakery. 2 kilos of baklava for 10 US notes? I AM IN. The ever so sweet kind lady quizzically looked at me during my first couple purchases of 2 kilos of baklava, but every week she saw me, she knew I was a tourist and loved that I enjoyed her countries' goods so much.
Biggest perk of Migros, they accept US notes & are very willing to speak English, so I never had to go to the currency exchange bank nor did I have any language barriers with the employees. They were truly one of the kindest & loved my experience here, even though it is just a market x
