We were picked up at IST airport and dropped off there after touring some sites. I reserved a "business class" car which was displayed as a Mercedes E class 2014-2015 and basic meet and greet service (+€4). Was wondering what the €100 VIP meet and greet service was since there is not much description online but I managed to find out it's an escort service from the door of the plane. Our flight arrived early, and our driver, Jan, shifted the meeting time accordingly. We were also nicely surprised to find a BMW 7 series waiting for us, which was a nice upgrade. Jan was friendly and very helpful; his English was good enough but not great. He was helpful with typical duties such as opening and closing doors and helping us with bags, but also went beyond the typical duties of a driver and showed us where to go and where to have dinner. In terms of price, Istanbul Limo was reasonable but not the cheapest option in Istanbul. However, they delivered courteous and professional service. The next time I need car service in Istanbul, I will definitely use Istanbul Limo again!
