The quote we received was much lower than we anticipated having to pay. He also did a few things to try to save two of our trees from dying. After all was said and done, the work they did went well above our expectations. He gave us the choice just cutting the tree down and trimming the others or including the cleanup also, which we chose. We were both amazed at how the trees looked after being trimmed and how great the yard looked after they cleaned up. The only issue we experienced was the date of service was pushed back a few times, but that is to be expected with it being a small business and other customers having storm damage needing to be taken care of in a timely manner. BUT the wait is definitely worth it!

He laid most of it and next day came back to finish the job. As my driveway was mostly sugar sand and we have a bit of a hill on it, I asked him TWICE whether we needed to do any drainage (since we didn't even do any base or rocks before laying the asphalt) He assured me it would be fine, that I "just needed to drive on it to compact it". Sure enough, 3 weeks later the first heavy rain eroded the driveway creating huge ruts on the crushed asphalt. When I called David to ask him to come back so he could assess the damage and we could come up with a plan he said he'd come by "next Friday or Saturday" and has been ghosting me since. So much for the "deal", lesson learned I suppose!
