Bought ins from Tegeler. Had roof collapse from snow load. Filed large claim. Ins co that Tegeler sole me is American Hallmark Ins Co of Texas. Ins co has refused to settle claim after 8 months. Tegeler refuses to even answer my phone call or help me in any way to help settle the claim referring me back to ins co and washing their hands of the who problem. Absolutely awful service from this ins agency. Will never buy from them again and you should not either. They are friendly until you have a claim. Do not buy insurance from Hallmark Ins Co because if you have a claim, you are screwed. read more

To make matters worse, they cancel the car insurance for the vehicle/driver that has not been in any accidents. They keep insuring the vehicle/driver with the accidents. Doesn't make sense. We have had our insurance polices with them for so long and have transferred them from car to car and have carried forward a guaranteed renewal clause so they can't cancel 2 of our vehicles. The vehicle they did cancel is new enough that it did not have the guaranteed renewal clause. But now we have to insure the car with the cancelled policy with state insurance intended for risky drivers and have to pay a ridiculous price. Beyond stupid. They should have just excluded the risky driver from driving the car. Instead State Farm suggested that he be kicked out of the household. Again beyond stupid.

Complete Loan Funding

I called in and I spoke with Steven…read more I went in to get a loan as was advertised on the flyer I received. I was presented with the loans... which actually I was surprised I was offered. Then they went over their in-house program since I was in serious debt and that loan was only going to save me about $120.00 a month, which I still couldn't afford. I got mad and hung up... Then got an e-mail with a quote for their program and it was saving me $490.00 and was paying off everything in 48 months. I could afford that. It took me a day or 2 to finally call because I didn't just hang-up I had told him to screw off. (Pardon my language) I called back and, he didn't even blink. He lowered my payment even further because he wanted to see me able to make savings. So I ended up on a program for 5 years saving 632.00 a month. I am so happy the people here are so nice. I'm saving 200.00 a month now in a separate savings account like he suggested that is not linked to a debit card, and am at 1400.00 in there, I had someone from Citi give me a summons to appear, but their lawyers handled that and I never heard a peep from anyone again. My credit took a hit on the 4th month but Credit Karma is now showing it going up already on the 7th , and one of debts was just cleared off too. I'm so excited this is working that I had to Yelp. Thank you so much Complete Loan Funding and Steven, I apologize for being so rude the first time I called.
