This visit did not disappoint. The store and the inventory is absolutely beautiful, however, it's the quality of the people who stand behind the counters that sparkle. I got to try on a bunch of different bands and see probably 10 different variations of custom designs digitally as well as try on 2 wax molds before picking my ring to make sure it was perfect. When I finally got to see the ring in person, it was even better than i'd been picturing in my head! This young man was able to resize my engagement ring and solder mi wedding band to prevent any dents on the ER. His work was clean and efficient, it took 3 weeks when originally said one week but that wasn't a problem. He also tightened the prongs and cleaned them. They're closed on Monday even though Google says it's open. Will definitely come back for checks and jewelry cleaning and maybe get one custom made piece.

I had this ring, appraised value of 850$ I'm reading the appraisal right now. but the ring reminded me of a guy I don't really like. so I thought I'll go down to this massive jewelry emporium and sell it. the lady in her black sweater paid me $80 for the ring with a smile on her face. glad I could help pay for your massive overhead, all those salaries and insurance and payments on your rediculous showroom. $80 for a 6.9 gram 14k ring, they probably would have given me $140 in the diamond district of NYC. I don't miss the ring. it puts a sort of smirk on my face, thinking about Jewelry and how people think it's a good investment, when in fact you will never get even close to the spot price on any piece. Chances are you'll lose your platinum band at the beach, or whatever. you'd be better off to buy a gold nugget on eBay than what you think is valuable. this place is a step up from the lead and cadmium gold clad jewelry of Zales at the mall, that's why you get one star, out of 5.

When we noticed they offered to engrave it there- so when they did that it was completely crooked and huge on the ring. It looked terrible!

She brought several rings passed down from my grandmother. The rings aren't worth much money, but they are incredibly meaningful to my mom. We met Micah who was very patient and kind with my mother. He seemed to understand the importance of this visit and went above and beyond to make it a great experience for both of us. My mom ended up cleaning and fixing some of the old jewelry and she got a new ring. This was a very meaningful day and so appreciative for Micah's help and special attention.

I brought in my antique engagement ring that was incorrectly resized by a previous jeweler…read moreresulting in an oval shank. I had concerns about the ring spinning despite resizing. Gary inspected the ring in great detail and made a recommendation to remove some of the shank and rebuild it, as well as to place tension springs to prevent spinning and slipping. He took his time to measure my finger for the optimal fit. I was told by another jeweler that all of my prongs needed replacement and I wanted a second opinion. Gary again took his time to inspect all the prongs and reassured me that they didn't need replacement. I was very glad for his honesty. The next business day, Gary fixed the ring in 3-4 hours and it came out beautifully. I was so nervous previously to entrust someone with my ring, but I felt at ease. Gary offered that I stay and watch the entire process. He told me to inspect my gemstone carefully after his job was complete as general good practice after having my jewelry worked on! I am so happy with the end result and strongly recommend this jeweler. The key factors that impressed me most were honesty, trustworthiness, attention to detail, patience, mastery of his craft, and sharing of knowledge/providing an understandable rationale for his decision-making. I will absolutely be returning for intermittent ring checks!
