The only takeaway you need: this company is cheap! They charge a small fortune for a rental but can't spend $5 on toilet paper! My family and I used VRBO to rent a condo in St Petersburg from this company. The condo was beautiful but apparently, after further reading, this company is basically as cheap as they come. When we checked in, there was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. One trash bag. We did go to the store but never in a million years would I believe a VRBO would be so cheap as to not provide trash bags or toilet paper!!! (This is not my first VRBO rental either! My last one was half the price and far better stocked in every area!) Of course, we ran out of toilet paper and thought housekeeping covered that. Nope. It wasn't til I was rereading ALL their many pages of rules that I even notice WE were supposed to provide toilet paper. I can buy 80 trash bags from Aldi for $5 and a multi roll toilet package for $10. It's really not a bank breaker. They will leave you a bottle of wine but NOT toilet paper. The owner said no toilet paper was normal. I've asked tons of people I know and they're all shocked to hear this is even a thing. I'll be looking elsewhere for a rental next time. Did not honor reservation through VRBO. Despite collecting our money, sending us the contract and even a "welcome to the property" email the day of, we found out they had cancelled the reservation. Apparently, they know how to take the reservation, but not hold the reservation. We only found out because we called to request an early check-in and they said it was cancelled. (we did get a cancellation notice 24 hours later after that... which was not very helpful since it was 20 hours after our check-in would have been). Their customer service was awful and non-helpful. They offered no solutions or options for us and applied no effort to help. Avoid at all costs! read more

Hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. Rented a one bedroom on Madiera beach, which we came to find out on day one had bed bugs in the couch. They sent somebody to confirm that it was a bed bug but found no further evidence of infestation. (anyone familiar with bed bugs knows that is IMPOSSIBLE) Fortunately they had tile floors and a platform bed so we had no issues in the bedroom but were scared to death to sit on the couch. They refused to do ANYTHING - we suggested they move us to another property (which we really didnt want as we were ON the beach), we asked to have them remove the couch. They did neither. They said they would send exterminators and they literally strung us along day after day with excuses about why they had not come. We had to limit our stay inside to the bedroom and sit on our beach chairs to watch TV - The company offered us 10% discount - which I declined and asked for them to remove the couch. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and TeemingVR gave us a whopping 2 day refund on a 7 day rental. Do your homework on this rental company and you will see how awful they truly are... read more

Aside from only one roll of TP in each bathroom and 1 trash bag, the condo we rented on Indian Shores was not clean. There were short, white animal hairs all over the condominium, and dust covering all the lamps. I took pictures and sent them but got no response. My biggest complaint was the ridiculous and numerous fees they charged when booking. They nickel-and-dimed me with all kinds of fees, even when VRBO did all the work. Among them was an additional Admin VRBO fee, but VRBO confirmed they do not get that fee, they only received a flat $499 service fee. The $437/night condo turned into $651/night. On the bright side, the VRBO listing pictures were a good representation of the condo. I have been places where they were staged just for photos (smh). read more

A few of my family members and I scheduled a 7-night stay commencing April 24, 2021 through an Airbnb. Specifically, the address of the subject property was 304 Bahia Vista Drive, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, and the rental agent was Teeming VR Properties d/b/a Teeming Vacation Rentals. It was a terrible experience. We encountered a non-functioning wash machine, a leaking refrigerator, a drain sewer back up, a rat on the patio and a huge cockroach in the living area. After being disgusted, frustrated, and of course disappointed with these living conditions over the course of several days, we left the subject property. Airbnb/Teeming VR Properties/Teeming Vacation Rentals/Jeff & Gina Paglialonga (owners of Teeming VR) were totally unreasonable and often unresponsive during our attempts to negotiate an equitable settlement. Our failure to reasonably enjoy the subject property was directly caused by these significant deficiencies and unhealthy issues that we experienced. read more

Do not rent or use them as a property management company. They do not clean units well. They fail to monitor the property well, complete inventories, or maintain the unit. They rent the unit, that is all. They are unprofessional and asked an owner to disregard his HOA bylaws on rental terms. When directly asked to advertise a 7 day min, which is required by the HOA, they directly refused. This caused me to get a letter of violation, to which they did not care. Beware. (always read the fine print) Due to the pandemic in 2020/2021 they would not let me re-book for 2022 or give me a refund on my money. Either I stayed in 2021 or I lost everything. Due to the circumstances of traveling and job related issues, they could careless that you just can't pick up and go. I tried to book for Feb 2022 when we could come, but they said the credits did not apply and that I would not be refunded. So that $1318 was a total waste of money completely gone, and it makes me absolutely sick that this is how they treat people. Stay away from TeemingVR. We booked a condo on Treasure Island 4 months ago. We confirmed our reservation and paid the $559.00 deposit - which they accepted and cashed. We received our confirmation number #WR176257 on May 11th so we went ahead and booked our flights to and from. Everything seems good, right? Wrong! Two days ago we received a text message that our reservation has been canceled. No explanation, nothing. We assumed it had to be a mistake. After all, we paid the deposit, we received our confirmation number and they surely couldn't or wouldn't cancel our reservation after all of this. They did. Naturally, (after two days of trying to speak to someone) we finally got a hold of their office and they informed us that the property owner changed the length of stay required. We "so what! We have a confirmed reservation from you, and you accepted our deposit." We asked them to straighten this out with the property owner - they would not. The bottom line is that TeemingVR cares NOTHING about you. They are only interested in satisfying the property owners. Giving them a deposit, receiving a confirmation? These things are no guarantee. If you book anything with them you are rolling the dice on them standing behind their word. THEY WILL NOT! Tell your family and friends to STAY AWAY FROM TEEMINGVR! read more

Beautiful, Relaxed, Quiet, Not overcrowded location! This was my first time using VRBO. It definitely will not be my last. The entire process was so easy. We stayed at SeaShell 20 in Indian Sores. Absolutely wonderful location. The condo was very comfortable for two adults and two teenagers. The pool was nice. We took advantage of the kayaks in the garage. Beautiful morning paddles on the intercoastal. We took the trolley up to Clearwater and down to John's Pass. Much better than driving and trying to park in those two areas. Upon our arrival at Dragonfly Paradise St Augustine Beach all of us noticed that property had not been cleaned prior to our late arrival. which the cleaning lady came the next day. Cockroaches on the floor mummified as well as sand in a few of the beds I was waiting for a reply from someone in management, as Stephen had assured me I would be contacted within 24 hrs. of my complaint. This property was five star prices for $562. per night I expected so much better than this tired dirty old house. Upon arrival we noticed that the pool had approximately a foot and half of water didn't even come to the bottom step. Thank goodness we didn't go for the $400.00 fee to heat the pool. The jacuzzi was so disgusting that no one would use either that or the pool. Couldn't use the grill as it was gross as well , ping pong table net broken, corn hole game broken. The list goes on.................. I would like some sort of reimbursement, as this property was not as advertised! They made me pay for their mistake!!! UNPROFESSIONAL! I booked a beachfront condo in their system using their calendar and paid in full. Four days prior to my arrival I received an email canceling the reservation. They stated the owner had a minimum stay requirement which my reservation did not meet. When I booked the unit there was nothing stating a minimum day requirement and their system seemlessly proceeded thru the booking process with no notifications along the way. It is totally unacceptable to cancel someone's reservation last minute. I was left to scramble to find new lodging on short notice. This is a terrible way of doing business. Shame on you. We arrived after a delayed flight, at 11 pm, to our condo. We were horrified the condo had not been cleaned after the previous guests! There were dirty towels on the floors, bedding in heaps on the beds, food all over the floor and counters. We were absolutely exhausted and disgusted. What a way to show up to a vacation you have been anticipating for 6 months. We stayed up late, washing bedding and contacting the owner. They left us hanging until the AM. Housekeeping was booked for the following day for 3 hours and did confirm they hadn't been notified to clean between bookings. Owners did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to rectify the situation. Horrible! We had a vacation planned for spring break, then Covid hit and it was postponed. Now I asked to push out my vacation or be reimbursed as we live in Oxford and my children attend Oxford. In less than 24 hours, my 71 year old mother, 5 year old daughter, 19 year old daughter, and myself were harrassed and unwelcomed by numerous other unit owners, board members, and the on-site property manager, Kat. We were not told that this complex was under massive renovations, parking was limited, or gave us the correct code for entry. The property manager was not available and Teeming Vacation Rentals were contacted twice to gain entry. Parking was limited by construction equipment and our only other option was one of two garages that had no access to the units unless you climbed up/down a construction ladder. The tennis courts were completely blocked off. Only one elevator was in working order, but had signs posted stipulating that it too, could break-down if you push the buttons too many times. The handicap ramp to the beach was boarded off. By the second evening into our stay, the manager and board members expressed grave concern about us being short term renters and that the Best Western down the street would be a better option and that we must leave. I have requested a refund from the time we vacated (April 18, 2021) until today (April 30th), and they stand behind no refunds even with no proof breaking any "house rules." They went as far as insinuating I rented this property under "false pretenses" stating I rented for teenagers or college students to have a party. This company is greedy and dishonest. This was the worst experience in 20 years of visiting New Smyrna Beach. I definitely hope others research Sunrise Condos, Teeming Vacation Rentals, Teeming Travel, and Jeff & Gina BEFORE renting anything they offer! read more

We expected that this property, being managed, and costing a 5-star price to stay at would have been a 5-star experience. NOT AT ALL! The beautiful location cannot cover for the filthy place. The bugs, ants, roaches and TICKS (found in the bed and on the pillow) along with the black mold above the A/C and the moldy dirty showers, put my familiy's health at risk. Unfortunately, I did not see the ticks and black mold until the last day or we would have left early. The kitchen was dirty and the utensils had caked on food on them. There were barely any towels and they were GROSS! Literally, like what you would find in a dirty rag pile. The dryer was broken, there was no vacuum, and the floors and couch were filthy. Light bulbs were out. One-ply toilet paper really topped off the experience. Quick response on the first day and no response on the last one. read more

After driving 8 hours we arrived at their unit on June 18th at 1015pm, and the condo was not cleaned. My wife, my two daughters who are 8 years old, and myself had nowhere to stay. We were unable to reach anybody after hours, and they did not respond to messages. We had difficulty finding a hotel room on a Friday night at 11pm, but eventually found one for $600 at The Holiday Inn inside Old Town. The next day we finally connected with Beth, who is the Manager of the St Augustine region. She was terrible with her response to our inconvenience from their scheduling errors and follow through. She agreed to refund our hotel and credit us 1 night after she suggested we check out for a full refund. I had also asked for an additional night and the cleaning fee. We were told cleaners were on the way, and we could drop our stuff off, which we opted not to do in order to not interfere with the cleaning crew. We arrived at the unit at 345, and it had only been partially cleaned. We reached out to Beth again, and she promised to send the crew back. We left for few hours to finally get to the beach. When we returned at 730 our unit was still not completed. I took phots and sent them to Beth. She apologized, and agreed to add an additional night of credit, and I asked for the cleaning fee to be refunded, since I had to complete the cleaning. The unit was gross. She said ok, and I thanked her and my family tried to enjoy our vacation. We spent most of our time at the place my brother rented down the street, because our unit was never fully cleaned. On Saturday the 26th I sent Beth my hotel receipt, and she responded by telling me she only agreed to $400 for my hotel stay and 2 nights of credit. So I paid full price for a cleaning than never happened, and I had to come out of pocket $200 for a hotel room i had to rent in order to have a place to sleep on our first night. When I returned back home I made several calls to Teeming VR, and never had anybody follow up about my concerns. I told them all I was going to write reviews if my situation was not handled appropriately, and after almost 2 weeks with still not response from Teeming VR I am writing my reviews. According to everyone I spoke with I could not go above the person Beth who mismanaged my situation from the very beginning. The inconvenience factor was never even addressed let alone just refunding the money I had to pay for their errors. Everything in the unit was cheap. TVs were the size of computer monitors, the appliances were low level, and there were zero supplies in the unit to get us started for the week. I highly recommend another place to find rentals. Their lack of customer service was astounding. You can see from the other reviews they are not good at cleaning and monitoring their properties. read more

DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!!!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! This company is heartless and greedy and has the worst customer service! I visit Florida almost every year to see family and the ONLY reason I used Teeming VR was because my regular spot was booked. I booked at Sea Gate through VRBO for dates in October. When I booked my vaca in early June the covid cases were around 90k and the State had begun reopening so things looked positive. Since then COVID cases skyrocketed to over 580K, things were shutting back down, and the state became a massive hot spot. With this being the case I NO LONGER FELT SAFE traveling with my family of two kids, a high risk sister, and my high risk mother. When I spoke to the airlines they were more than accommodating so I had hoped that being in the midst of a GLOBAL PANDEMIC Teeming VR would have the same level of understanding. Not only did the customer service rep refuse to work with me on giving a refund or even just changing dates, getting her to transfer me to a manager was like pulling teeth. I understand customer service reps only have the power to do certain things. However for this rep to tell me why I shouldn't worry about COVID, or why I don't want to speak to a manager, or basically why I shouldn't have a voice in the matter...let me tell you it was so beyond insensitive and infuriating. When I asked for a manager I got nothing but push back and attitude. I had to demand it several times, in a very calm way might I add, only for her to put me on hold and come back saying the manager was busy and would call me back. Well guess what, that call never came. This company will tell you that it is all part of their terms and policy that you agree to, that you forfeit your deposit amount if not canceled within 24hrs. HOWEVER...I booked my vacation on June 13, 2020 through VRBO which at that time VRBO did not list any cancellation policy facts instead it stated "Contact the owner". VRBO has only recently been updated and I assume that is because currently 19 complaints stand with the BBB against Teeming VR for this exact issue. The only communication I received of any cancellation policy was once the company confirmed my vacation rental on June 17, 2020 with a "Date reservation made" of June 13. So right there I was past the 24 hr window before even being notified of the policy. I HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE ALL THIS!!! We are coming all the way across the country from Arizona to flordia snd they say nothing can be done. They said non transferable dates and non refundable. Have some human decency. We rented 506 Water View from Teeming in March 2022. It is advertised as a 2 br 2 bath condo. There was no hot water in the 2nd bathroom, the electrical outlet didn't work, and the shower was extremely difficult to turn on, and when we muscled in on we got only a trickle of water. The fan in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. We called, texted, and emailed every number available. We had checked in on a Monday. On Friday a man came out, said he couldn't fix it and turned even the cold water in the sink off. Then crickets. We checked out and continued to pursue our complaints, including wondering how that bathroom could have been properly cleaned. We got several messages saying that "management is reviewing it." They must be very slow readers, because it's now 3 weeks later and despite my continual texts, we have no resolve. When one books and pays for a 2 br 2 bath accommodation, one should be able to use both bathrooms. read more

Teeming has been managing our unit in the Clearwater Beach area for the past 6 years and they are amazing!! They have done a phenomenal job decorating our unit which has generated rave reviews from many of our guests. They certainly know what guests value in a rental unit and they have advised us many times on how make our unit more desirable and enjoyable for our guests. For example, they have suggested we include items in our unit for guests to use such beach bikes, paddle boards, coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The amount of revenue that they have generated for our unit has far surpassed our expectations. They are always attentive to our needs and the needs of our guests. If something breaks or there is an issue, they are usually able to have one of their service crew members out there the same day. We would highly recommend Gina and Jeff, and the entire Teeming team! read more

We did a last minute condo rental at Madeira Beach FL. July 4-10. The condo was nice and better than I would say it was represented by the management company on the phone. We overlooked a few minor repairs that should have been performed long before we rented it (broken closet and pocket doors etc). However on day 3 the toilet in the guest bath completely broke and was unusable for the rest of the stay, leaving 4 of us to use the toilet in the master bathroom for the remaining time we were there. We reported the issue immediately and were told by a very nice representative at TeemingVR that someone would be out that day to address the issue....that's the last thing we ever heard from them. They never called to let us know they were coming or not, and they never answered an email, text or phone call from me after that. I would not use this company again. Everything may be great in your rental but don't count on any help from Kris and the TeemingVR people if you happen to need them. read more

Let me just say I will not be leaving a good review the condo we rented was filthy dirty when we arrived we had sand and bugs in the bed along with bugs in the barstools in the kitchen along with dirty and sand on the floor and all over the furniture the dishwasher and oven doors haven't been cleaned in a very long time when we arrived late Friday 4/24 I tried to contact the management company with no resolution i did call housekeeping and Zana is who I talked to she said she lived 2 hours away it would be 11:30 12 before she could come so I said just come in the morning as it was late she did come today at 9 am and was not sympathetic that the place wasn't cleaned she basically said I guess my cleaning person didn't clean it she kept saying what do you want me to do I said the bed had sand and bugs and hair in to so new bedding and vacuum the furniture and mop the floor it's like I put her out I worked with Ana at Teeming the rental company and sent her pictures she said she can't help she and accept that they are cleaning it now and that's all she can do I said I am paying $2700 to sleep in filth I don't think anyone would want to sleep in a bed with bugs and sand she said she can't help she would try to get the owners to call me . I then received a call from Rebecca the management company and she said she had arranged the clean person to come and I said no I did the night before and she is her now cleaning Rebecca basically said accept that they are cleaning and  that's all they can do for me I said it's unacceptable that I want a refund so I can go stay somewhere else it's not fair to live in a filthy dirty condo it's not new remodel per the description on Vrbo and I would just like a refund and to go somewhere else she said they had no other rooms and she can't refund me I said is like the owners of the condo to contact me she said that won't happen they are the management company and the place was being cleaned now and that's all the can do for me about 2 hours later I received a text message from Teeming and I was appalled I saved the message itn stated they talked to Zana the cleaning manager and she stated well she was cleaning that we had thermostat at 72 and we had the door wall opened and reminded me of the condo rules I text back and said please let's not deflect that the condo was filthy dirty and now you have the nerve to text me the condo rules I am so upset and disgusted by the way I have been treated and at the end of the day I coulda rented anywhere and to be treated and expected to pay $2700 for a filthy dirty place and for the management company to take NO responsibility but basically to tell me it's ok it's NOT ok to take my $$ and not resolve the issue I still want a refund we have found another place to stay and refused to stay in the dump thank god because when we were leaving the elevator wasn't even working I will be contacted my credit card company for a charge back until this issue is resolved and I would like a refund for all trouble that I have been thru So I will BE leaving a bad review along with all the pics and text messages read more

This company is nothing short of a scheme. They claim to be the best, and their representatives are nice. However, they have no regard for the people that choose to rent from them and will take your money. It matters not to them that you lose all or just some of your money, just as long as they gain a profit. You will not get an explanation as to why they will not refund you a dime; they simply just refuse to do so no matter the circumstance. This company is not only heartless and selfish, but lack any understanding or empathy under dire circumstances. They will not refund and will instead claim that you signed upon terms that you never actually did. Therefore, and somehow they feel entitled to keep any money you've invested towards a vacation. My friends and I saved up to afford our 1 year reunion vacation only to be told that we lost roughly $5000 and we were unable to get ANY of our money back. They are crooks, plain and simple. If you are into throwing your money away and sacrificing your year vacation to thieves, than this is the company for you. You all should be ashamed. read more
