We purchased two Sfogliatelle's to go and both varieties (chocolate and cinnamon) were a bit flavorless. I had initially thought about ordering a cannoli... I wish I had. There were at least a half dozen varieties of cannoli's plus about 20 other pastries to try. So. Many. Pastries. Ah well... next time...

I hate fruitcake but this stuff was stellar, boldly spicy, perfectly sweet, and packed with just the right amount of pistachios, almonds and fruit. Oh yeah, they have amazing cheese and onion foccacia. This place would be a 30 on Zagat if they were in NYC, though it would surely be ruined by commercialization and Americanization within a year. We tried the salsiccia e funghi, pepperoni, funghi porcini and gorgonzola e pera and they were all terrific! Lovely toppings and nice thin bases.
